Group Coaching (For Community Members Only)

Group Sessions

Group coaching is intended to connect survivors to other survivors with common interests and goals. 

New Zoom video groups start regularly throughout the year and range in size (minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants), frequency (1 to 3 times per month) and duration (6 weeks to 6 months). The 75 minute sessions are set for days and times mutually convenient to the group members. 

Groups will be added with topics and number of sessions included determined by client interests. Potential groups include moving from survivor to "thriver", survivors at work, returning to work after extended leave, family relationships, as well as life transition topics such as job change, divorce, death of a primary supporter, becoming a new parent, etc. Please contact us if you are interested in participating in a group and indicate what topic(s) may be of interest to you. 

All group programs are $30 per session.

Individual Short-Term Support

Short-Term Support Package ($500)

  • Four (4), 50 minute phone or video coaching sessions.
  • You have the option of utilizing phone or Zoom video for coaching sessions. However, the initial consult is by Zoom video only. Sessions are set at mutually convenient times.
  • If you still have unused sessions after 4 months, you will be contacted to determine if you would like to continue or cancel.
  • Up to eight (8) optional email check-ins are also included.

Individual Long-Term Support

The monthly subscription of initial (3) three months ($600)

Subscription Support Service Consists of:

  • Two (2), 50 minute phone or video coaching sessions per month.
  • You have the option of utilizing phone or Zoom video for coaching sessions. However, the initial consult is by Zoom video only. Sessions are set at mutually convenient times.
  • Discounted additional sessions may be added in a month at the rate of ($75) per 50 minute session
  • An initial three (3) month commitment is required then month-to-month billing
  • Up to eight (8) optional email check-ins per month are also included.
