Membership Information

Follow the steps below to join The YANA Village:



1.   Click the link below associated with your membership type desired

2.   Complete the application that will pop up and make payment.  Save and submit per instructions.

Note: If you are joining as a survivor, please list 3 options that you would like to use as your community member name. You may opt to use your real name or an alias. Remember, this will be how you are identified to other community members.  Also, if you were referred by someone please enter their name in the referred by section so that we may acknowledge them. Thanks!

3.   Confirm your email address to activate your account.   

4.   You will be directed to the Member Compass section.

If you are a survivor member, you will see a Green check and a note stating checkout was successful and your membership is awaiting approval. You will also see your status as "pending". You will be notified when you have been approved (generally within 24 hours). If there is a question regarding your application, an admin will reach out to you using the information contained in your application.

For therapist, you will automatically be accepted without approval. You status will show as "current".

5.   Upon approval, you will be able to update your profile on the Member Compass.  Other account activity is also managed through the Member Compass.

For survivors, this is the information that other community members will see in. You may choose to complete as much or as little as you are comfortable with. 

For therapists, this is the information that will be included in the therapist directory should you wish to be listed. The directory will be on the website and available to anyone visiting our site.
